Village The View

Village the View is a thoughtfully designed residential development consisting of 11 separate villas, each uniquely positioned on a topographic hill to ensure unobstructed sea views. Rather than aligning the villas directly along the road, we adopted a slightly off-grid, diagonal layout. This innovative planning approach maximizes privacy and visual continuity, allowing each villa to benefit from a panoramic vista without being blocked by neighboring structures.

Each villa is set at a 2-meter elevation change from its adjacent block, perfectly adapting to the natural contours of the hill. This staggered arrangement not only preserves the natural landscape but also enhances the aesthetic appeal of the development, creating a harmonious blend of architecture and environment. The result is a serene, upscale community where every residence enjoys a unique, uninterrupted view of the sea, embodying the essence of modern coastal living.
